Yes he was caught and is in jail it was solved. Unfortunately the mom died in 2016 she never got any closure because it wasn’t solved until years after the mom’s death.

As a retired criminal investigator, I can say that you’re More well informed on this case than the police chief, & he certainly Did have an ” I don’t care what happened” attitude, & Ive seen this before; Anytime a body is found & No one was around & no witnesses present, You treat the Case as if it IS a homicide, & You give it a Full investigation, You Don’t speculate on What happened, You gather All the facts that are there, & go from there. As far as I’m concerned, this Young Man More than likely Murdered, & the coroner & police chief Both drug their heels on this one, I’m just Glad Dr. Wecht found the True C.O.D. & it’s a Shame that these officials would Not listen to Dr. Wecht!

PLEASE – I beg of you! Contact the authorities with any and all information you have regarding Matt’s Murder! His Parents and Son deserve any sort of closure they can possibly get and their needs to be justice for Matt! He was one of the greatest men you could possibly meet and his Son will never really know him! I grew up with his Parents and this tragedy has absolutely torn them apart!

I just watched this episode and I’m sitting there saying to myself, “he died from being crushed in the trash truck compactor”. Agree…he was having a mental breakdown of some kind, even the parking lot attendant said he sounded confused and agitated. He got tired from walking, found himself in the back of a building and for whatever reason crawled into the dumpster. Trash truck picks it up in the morning and he could not alert the driver in time. Once the dumpster is dumped into the truck, the compactor is activated. He died in the trash truck and ended up in the landfill. While I do believe political figures are often murdered, that did not happen here. This wasn’t a “professional hit” by any means and it wasn’t a mugging.

Someone dropped her car off to deceive the police into thinking she went there. But it is confusing because the husband verified her going there.

He admitted to driving her car to the location it was found. He just doesn’t know how it got to the parking lot.

Are the evidence enough to make an arrest? Yes, while the evidence are damning, they are circumstantial, if I understand it correctly. At the time of his death in 2009 and until now in 2024, laws have not changed that much. Unless there are new evidence uncovered, I just don’t see how or why they have made a 180 on their decision on arresting the husband. I have to imagine there are new evidence that makes him but at this point, I’m incline to believe the Police are simply saying what they’re saying to pacify the family’s rage and the public at large. Sometimes it’s easier to say what people want to hear then do the actual leg work. For all intents and purposes, this case is closed. With everything that’s going on in the world with budget shortfalls and public outrage about active cases mounting, I strongly doubt they will expend any resources on this. Might as well just get the clerk in the evidence room type up a report that they’ve officially charged the husband and close the case for the benefit of the family and public’s interest.

I have had a sighting as well in 2016 with 3 different people as we were coming out of work , I saw a huge typical craft it had the what I call Christmas lights going around it and I saw it as completely see through it then quickly turned into an orb and disappeared! My life has been changed ever since I have experienced what would be called paranormal activity not harmful or frightening though. My question to you is did the crafts you saw look like orbs ? I’m wondering if these craft are connected to our consciousness in some way and others are military made ?
